Information you share
The contact form asks for your name, email address, and project details. Company and project type are optional. There is no separate phone-number field; if you include a phone number or other information in your message, it becomes part of your inquiry. Please do not submit passwords, payment details, or sensitive personal information.
How your information is used
Sangue Studios uses inquiry information to respond, understand your needs, discuss potential work, and manage related correspondence. Sending an inquiry does not subscribe you to a marketing list.
Processing and storage
The website processes the submission to validate it and prepare an email. It does not create a contact-inquiry record in a website database. The email is delivered to sanguestudios@gmail.com through the Google Gmail service using a Replit-managed connector.
Inquiry messages and subsequent correspondence can remain in Sangue Studios’ Gmail mailbox. This website does not set an automatic mailbox-deletion period. Hosting and service providers may also retain operational records under their own policies.
Third-party services
Replit provides the website hosting and connector infrastructure used to process requests. Google/Gmail handles email delivery and mailbox storage. The site also loads fonts from Google Fonts, which involves requests to Google’s servers. These providers may process technical information, such as IP addresses and request information, to provide their services.
The current website does not include advertising trackers or an analytics integration. Client-website links lead to independent websites whose privacy practices are their own.
Your questions and requests
For questions about an inquiry or to request access, correction, or deletion of information you shared, write to sanguestudios@gmail.com. Identify the inquiry using the email address you submitted. Sangue Studios will review your request and respond; identity confirmation or record-retention considerations may be relevant.
This policy describes the current website implementation. It may be updated when the site’s services or information-handling practices change.
